		<description>Hi there! I&#039;ve started this program 6 days ago and i don&#039;t see any difference what so ever.  Before i started the program i cut down my eating from a lot to like salad, apple a day.  So i did that for 5 days and i was 138 pretty much what i started from.  Today, day 6th i worked out and then went on a scale i am 138 again? So i am frasturated, and i said what the hell i will eat what i want.  Any suggestions?</description>

		<description>I am doing the Insanity Workout.  It is only Day 24 and I can see definition already.  The fatigue has disappeared; I have more energy now and look forward to the workouts however, you MUST eat all the calories.  If I miss a snack, for example, I struggle during the workout.   Eating has become very healthy; I&#039;m following the nutrition book.  It&#039;s basically like the Weight Watcher&#039;s Meal Plan which I am following.  
  I am wondering what to do for Maintenance?</description>

		<description>I felt the same way this week! OK so the week before recovery I had a &quot;bad&quot; week, because my nutrition was out of wack for alot of that week. I felt the recovery week didnt to much for my body cause it look liked I was losing the definition I had from the first month. But, I&#039;m sure the max workouts will get me back.

Haha I have to agree with the fake happiness the people had, the girl tanya would irritate me cause she was always smiling.</description>

I am on my 3rd week of the workout, but unfortunately the first 2 weeks I was working out in the wrong pair of shoes and have really hurt my ankles. I saw that you started the rountine with a rolled ankle, and I was wondering what helped you get through this with that kind of pain. I now have a pair of under armour shoes, but my ankles still give out when I do certain jumps during this workout. Any suggestions?
