P90x: Day 20 – Back to Kenpo
I know what you are wondering, what happened to P90x day 18 and 19, well there was a big holiday this last week and I was visiting my parents at their home for the past couple days, but I got up today and got right back on track with P90x Kenpo X. I think I might try to fit in the P90x legs and back workout tomorrow. I am not exactly sure when, it will definitely have to be later on in the evening, because I have my dads birthday tomorrow. So overall in the first three weeks of my P90x workout, I have missed three days. Now remember I have three and half months to finish this thing and do it right, so after tomorrow, it is all business until Christmas and New Years, where I will probably miss a couple more days. But I will win this bet. So far I have lost 3 pounds, and I haven’t exactly been following the nutrition plan the last few days, but I am going to fix that too. I have noticed that I have more muscle, and more energy throughout the day. This next week is kind of a recovery week, so I will be doing a couple rounds of P90x yoga, P90x cardio, and P90x stretch x. This week I plan on getting outside a couple times and going for a jog, not too much, I will probably only run a couple miles, just so I can get more cardio in and get my heart rate up and maybe I will start shredding pounds faster. Well I have marked off 20 days on my P90x calendar, so that means I only have 70 more days left!
