P90x: Day 52, 53 – Kenpo X and X Stretch
So on Wednesday I did Kenpo X again, and I swear I feel like I am writing about this workout all the time. But this will probably be the last time I actually do this workout. I am going to to start substituting this workout for more cardio. As much as I love kicking and punching for an hour, I feel like I get a much better cardio workout if I go to the gym and run for 20 minutes and Bike for 20 minutes. So I will start doing that on Saturdays when it comes up. I will also start doing cardio at the gym when I make up some workouts that I missed, mostly kenpo x and plyometrics. But I did do P90x Kenpo X on Wednesday and it went really well, it was probably the best time I have had with it so far. On Thursday I did P90x X stretch, for about an hour and made sure that I took good care of tendons, muscles and joints by giving them a good stretch. I do not want to be one of those people who get stronger but lose their ability to move easily and become so stiff they cannot do any sport activities. So I really enjoy stretching when ever I can, before and after a workout is when it feels the best too. Thursday also marks the day I only have 30 days left in the P90x program.
