P90x: Day 62 – Doing Cardio
So I decided to skip out on the P90x Kenpo X workout today and chose to go to the gym and run a couple miles and bike four miles. I still worked out for around an hour. I actually did a personal best, I ran 2 miles in 17 min and 38 seconds and that is huge for me! I was seriously so excited about it, that I started tell everyone I knew, they really did not share the same excitement that I had but they were surprised. The gym was a lot of fun, I have a ton of friends who go to the gym and there were about five of us there at that time. Three of us were running the other two were doing stair steppers. After the run, I went on a bike and did the random mountains function and did 4 miles in 10 minutes, it was pretty sweet, I was hauling. It was nice to get out of the house, the weather is still crappy around here so the gym has been working out very well. Plus it is fun to workout with friends. I will start back up on the second week of P90x phase 3 on Monday, with my last time of doing P90x Chest and Back.
