P90x: Day 74 – Thank God for Stretching

Today is probably the best day for me to have a P90x stretch day, because I think my body is finally telling me that I have been doing too much and that it is time for a little rest. This week already I have done my p90x workouts I have ran around and stair climbed around 8 miles, plus I had an intense leg workout and I have been playing raxquetball a lot. I woke up today and my legs are so sore and my hamstrings are tight. So P90x X Stretch is exactly what the doctor ordered today, and I am not going to the gym tonight. I am going to do nothing and just take a break. I have lost another two pounds, and that is just from the last couple days. When I started p90x I weighed 201, I quickly lost 2 pounds and than started gaining weight beacause of the muscle I was packing on. But now I weigh 196, and I am pretty sure that it is because of all the cardio I have been doing, lots of cardio. It kind of makes me wish that I was doing more cardio through the whole 3 months, I think I would have seen crazy results if I did. So that is my tip for anyone starting the P90x exercise videos. Do more cardio than the p90x system requires you to do, but just make sure you do not over do it. I am a firm believer in this workout program and if anyone is serious about it, than do it with everything you got. That also goes for anyone who does Chalean Extreme too.
