P90x: Day 87 – Running to the Goal
Today is the 87 day of my P90x fitness routine! Unbelievable huh? I do got to be honest with you, this week has been extremely hard to be motivated for. It is probably because I am coming to the end and I am anxious to get it over with. Also it was my birthday last weekend, today is one of my best friend’s birthdays, and then Saturday it is one of my roommate’s birthdays, so I have not really been eating well in this last week of P90x. I really have enjoyed the P90x workouts and I need to make sure that I stick to a diet, because I am the type of person who if there is food in front of me, I will eat it. If there is junk food in the house I have a really hard time avoiding it, if it was not in the house I would not have a problem. But since I live with 4 other guys, people seem to think that we need cake, cookies, and other goodies, so we do not starve. We are known as the Bach Pad. Anyways, I went and ran a few miles today instead of doing P90x Kenpo today, I also did some stair steppers today for around a mile and a half. Tomorrow I am doing the stretching exercise. Oh yeah, I got to make sure I give a shout out to my friend…HAPPY BIRTHDAY BRETTANY!!
